The walls on the ground level covered with elevation tiles, silicate plaster or mixed, walls above the ground floor covered with a thin-layer silicate plaster, the roof covered with ceramic roof tiles in red colour, driveway to the garage and the pavement covered with concrete sett, sown grass on lawns, terrace from sett or concrete tiles, brick rubbish bin area, panel fencing around gardens.
Wooden windows with three-layer safe glazing (u≤0,7 W/m²/K) (P1), external burglar-proof doors with expanding lock, segment garage gate with thermal insulation and garage automatic mechanism controlled by a remote.
External walls on the ground and first floor insulated with stereo-foam (15cm), roof insulated with mineral wool (25cm), the plate of the ground floor on the ground insulated with stereo-foam (15cm in living quarters).
Machine gypsum plaster on the walls and ceilings of living quarters, cement-calcium plaster in the garage, window sills from natural stone or conglomerate, cement floor boards.
Connection to utilities:
Water- sewage connection to the municipal network, electricity, gas, local rainwater drainage system.
Electrical, gas, central heating, cold water, warm water, warm water circulation (piping), sewage, gravitation ventilation, exhaust extraction (from the central heating boiler and fireplace), cables for TV-sat, phone and alarm.
Basic electrical accessories, panel central heating radiators, piping for floor heating in bathrooms and entrance hall, two-function central heating boiler.
